·       Are your fragrances safe for kids and pets?

Yes. All Nature Scents fragrances are 100% natural, non-toxic, and free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic irritants and harmful chemicals, making them safe for use around children, pets, and sensitive individuals.

·       Can I use your fragrances during pregnancy?

Absolutely. Our blends are formulated with pregnancy-safe botanicals and are used in hospitals and wellness centers to support relaxation, emotional balance, and rest. As with any scent, we suggest lower intensity settings in newborn environments.

·       What makes Nature Scents different?

We offer deliveries every 4, 8, or 12 weeks. Most customers start with 4-week intervals and adjust as they learn their preferred usage.

·       How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account at thenaturescents.com to pause, edit, skip, or cancel at any time. You’re in full control — no strings attached.

·       Which diffuser is right for my space?

ü  Olympus Drive – Portable, ideal for cars or small spaces like bathrooms (≤10 sqm / 107 sq ft)

ü  Aspen Plug-In – For medium rooms up to 30 sqm / 323 sq ft

ü  Atlas Plus – Tower diffuser for larger areas, up to 50 sqm / 538 sq ft. Rechargeable and movable.

·       Where is my order or missing item?

You can check the status of your order via the confirmation email or by logging into your account. For delivery issues or missing items, reach out to info@thenaturescents.com.

·       Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases. Fragrance vials must be unopened to qualify for return or exchange. Every set includes a tester vial so you can sample before committing.

·       How long does a fragrance vial last?

A 30ml vial typically lasts 4 weeks at medium intensity for 6–8 hours of use per day. Larger spaces or higher settings may use more. You can track usage and set schedules through the app.

·       Can I leave the diffuser on all day?

Yes — our diffusers are designed for continuous, safe use. However, for sensitive spaces or newborn environments, we recommend shorter intervals or lower intensity settings.

·       Does the diffuser turn off automatically?

Yes. You can set custom schedules, intensity levels, and auto-off timers through the Nature Scents app.

·       How does the app work?

Our app lets you control scent intensity, schedule run times, every day of the weel, all from your phone.

·       Why can’t I smell my diffuser?

If you’re not noticing the scent as much, check that the vial still has liquid and the diffuser is turned on at your preferred intensity.

Fragrance perception varies some people become “nose blind” to familiar scents. Try switching fragrances or turning the intensity up via the app.

·       Why can’t I smell it if there's still liquid left?

Our vials are crafted with high-quality, 100% natural fragrance compounds designed to diffuse evenly and consistently. If there’s still liquid left but no scent is being released, there may be a blockage in the diffuser nozzle or internal pipe that’s restricting the fragrance flow. We recommend referring to our upcoming “How to Clean Your Diffuser” guide for simple maintenance steps. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

·       How should I store my fragrance vials?

To preserve quality and performance, always store your Nature Scents vials in dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

·       Can I mix fragrances?

We don’t currently recommend mixing vials, as each blend is carefully crafted to perform on its own — but you can easily switch scents between sessions.

·       Can I travel with my diffuser?

Our diffusers are portable and easy to move, but please ensure they are turned off and upright during transport to avoid leakage.
