Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Window: After dispatch, expect delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

UAE Orders: Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

International Orders: Free shipping on orders above AED 799. Otherwise, shipping fees calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

2. Returns and Exchanges
30-Day Happiness Promise (Subscribers Only)
If you’ve joined our subscription program, we encourage you to experience Nature Scents for a full 30 days. If after those 30 days it’s not the right fit for you, simply let us know within the following 7 days and we will issue a full refund on any fragrance vials, no questions asked.

No Need to Return: Because liquid products can leak in transit, we do not require you to ship back your opened or unopened bottles.

Eligibility: This promise applies only to fragrance vials purchased via subscription. One-time purchases are not refundable once the seal is opened.
Diffuser Warranty and Replacement

1-Year Warranty: All Nature Scents diffusers come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage: If your diffuser is defective or malfunctions within 12 months, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

After 30 Days: Diffuser issues reported after the 30-day Happiness Promise still fall under the 1-year warranty, with no extra fees.
Non-Returnable Items (One-Time Purchases)

Opened Fragrance Vials: Once an individual fragrance vial (purchased outside of a subscription) has been opened, it cannot be returned, even if the original seal is broken.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If a one-time purchase arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item at our cost.

Promotional Samples: Any free or promotional samples sent outside of an active subscription are final sale and not eligible for return.
Cancellation vs. Return

Subscription Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger any refund for fragrance vials already delivered (per the 30-Day Happiness Promise, you must notify us within the 7-day window after 30 days).

Early Diffuser Cancellation Fee: If you cancel before completing your third fragrance delivery, a 60% diffuser fee will be billed to your account. After that, the diffuser remains yours free of charge.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

Provide Details: If a fragrance vial is defective, simply let us know, you do not need to ship it back.

Diffuser Claims: For diffuser repairs or replacements under warranty, we will provide instructions for shipping and handle all repair or replacement logistics.
