By subscribing to Nature Scents, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our subscription program is designed to make natural, clean scenting easy, flexible, and rewarding for you.


1. Subscription Benefits

  • 15% off all fragrance refills, automatically applied.
  • Flexible delivery schedules (choose from 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks).
  • Early access to new fragrances, limited editions, and loyalty rewards.
  • Exclusive perk: Receive a complimentary Aspen Plug-In™ Diffuser when you subscribe (see Section 3 for terms).

2. Subscription Flexibility

  • You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your Nature Scents account.
  • There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments beyond the terms outlined below.

3. Complimentary Diffuser Policy

  • Subscribers receive a complimentary Aspen Plug-In™ Diffuser as a loyalty reward.
  • To keep the diffuser free of charge, you must remain an active subscriber for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
  • If you cancel before completing 6 months, a partial diffuser charge equal to 60% of the full retail price of the diffuser will apply.
  • This charge ensures fairness and supports our commitment to offering exclusive rewards for loyal subscribers.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your online account.
  • If you cancel after completing 6 months, no additional diffuser charge will apply.
  • If you cancel before completing 6 months, the partial diffuser charge will be automatically processed using your original payment method.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Fragrance vials that have been shipped before cancellation are non-refundable.
  • Opened fragrance vials cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity standards.
  • Diffusers must be returned clean and without inserted fragrance to be eligible for warranty claims or returns (see Warranty Policy for details).
  • Diffusers must be used exclusively with Nature Scents fragrances. Returns or warranty claims resulting from the use of other products will not be accepted.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Your subscription payment will be automatically charged on your chosen delivery schedule.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information in your account to avoid interruptions.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

  • Nature Scents reserves the right to update or modify these subscription terms.
  • You will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days in advance via email.
