At Nature Scents, we believe in delivering a seamless experience from the moment you order through every scent ritual you enjoy. Below are the updated details on how we ship your orders and handle returns, so you can shop with confidence.

1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations

  • Domestic (UAE): We ship to any address within the United Arab Emirates.
  • International: For orders outside the UAE, please contact us at info@thenaturescents.com for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Window: After dispatch, expect delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Fees

  • UAE Orders: Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
  • International Orders: Free shipping on orders above AED 799. Otherwise, shipping fees calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Express Options: Available upon request for an additional charge; please contact us to arrange.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Scent Match Guarantee (One-Time Swap)

Choosing scent is personal. If your first blend doesn’t feel like the right match, we offer a one-time blend swap to help you find a better fit.
  • Request a swap within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The bottle must be at least 70% full
  • Swaps are available within the same blend tier
  • One swap per customer
Shipping for swaps: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We cover shipping for the replacement blend.
Refunds are not offered based on scent preference.

Diffuser Warranty and Replacement

1-Year Warranty: All Nature Scents diffusers include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage: If your diffuser is defective or malfunctions within 12 months, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at our cost.

Non-Returnable Items (One-Time Purchases)

Due to the nature of liquid products and hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened:
  • 30ml Trial Size fragrance vials
    Trial sizes are offered as a one-time experience to help you explore a blend before choosing a larger size. They are final sale, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • Opened fragrance vials (one-time purchases)
    Fragrance vials purchased outside of a trial or swap are not returnable once opened.
  • Promotional or complimentary samples
    Any free or promotional samples are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Email Us: Send your order number and a brief description to info@thenaturescents.com.
  2. Provide Details: If your item is damaged or defective, please include photos so we can resolve it quickly.
  3. Diffuser Claims: For diffuser repairs or replacements under warranty, we will provide instructions for shipping and handle all repair or replacement logistics.
